Terms of Service
Effective 29 April 2026
These terms govern your use of the ClinicRise platform. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the platform.
1. The agreement
This is an agreement between ClinicRise Ltd(“ClinicRise”, “we”) — registered in England & Wales, company no. 17145472, registered office 241 Wulfstan Street, London, W12 0AB— and the clinic, business, or individual who registers an account (“Customer”, “you”).
2. The service
ClinicRise is a software-as-a-service platform for aesthetics clinics. It includes client records (CRM), appointment booking, communications, payments via Stripe Connect, clinical notes, and an AI-assisted virtual consultation tool. We may add, change, or remove features over time; we'll give reasonable notice of material removals.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and authorised to enter into this agreement.
- You're responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information about your business and keep it up to date.
4. Subscription and payment
- Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually as selected. Prices are shown on the website in GBP and exclude VAT.
- Payment is taken by direct debit or card via Stripe. Failed payments may result in service suspension after 7 days.
- You can cancel at any time. See our Refund Policy for details.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. New prices apply from your next renewal.
5. Stripe Connect and clinic payments
Payments from clinic clients (e.g. consultation fees, deposits) are processed through Stripe Connect to the clinic's own connected Stripe account. ClinicRise is not the merchant of record for those payments. Disputes, chargebacks, and refunds for client-paid transactions are between the clinic and its client; ClinicRise provides the tooling but is not a party to that transaction.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for anything illegal or to harm others
- Upload images you don't have the right to upload
- Use the AI virtual consultation for clinical decisions without practitioner review and sign-off
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform
- Resell or sublicense the service to third parties without our written agreement
7. Clinical responsibility
ClinicRise provides software, not medical advice. AI outputs are decision-support only. Every consultation must be reviewed and approved by a qualified practitioner before it is shared with a client. The clinic remains the regulated provider of care and is responsible for all clinical decisions.
8. Data ownership and protection
- You own your data. We process it on your behalf to operate the service.
- How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
- On termination, we'll keep your data accessible for 30 days for export, then delete it (subject to legal retention).
9. Intellectual property
The ClinicRise platform, name, and branding belong to us. Your data, your clinic's branding, and any content you upload remain yours. You grant us the licence we need to host and operate the service for you (and only for that).
10. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Support is available by email at info@clinicrise.co.uk on UK business days.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability we cannot lawfully exclude (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, our total liability under or in connection with this agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience at any time on 30 days' notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for serious breach (e.g. unpaid fees, illegal use). On termination you can export your data for 30 days; after that we'll delete it as described in clause 8.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the updated version is posted at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
